I have a question on slow and heavy, hope it hasn't been asked before, but I did not see it. If you use the Bis and Tris tape, for example, is it ok to do tris in the morning and bis in the evening?? Would this decrease the intended results. Thanks so much. Love those workouts, but find it hard to do the whole thing before leaving for work. Take care Cathe. Mary

PS I just saw the other post that had the time for doing each set only twice, would that be a better option and do the whole tape at once or would you lose results that way. Thanks so much and take care. Mary

Hi Mary! You can divide the body parts and do them at a totally different time of day. You still get 100 percent full benefits using the tapes in this manner. Using two sets per exercise is acceptable too but if you are ever going to split the workout up, I would do the full three sets. Have fun!

Thanks so much for your response. I would much rather do the 3 sets and split it up as long as I'm not losing benefits. I am on my second rotation using S*H and I have seen some real muscle developement. Hope all is going well with the pregnancy. Thanks again Cathe. Mary
