I'd like to see these concepts combined in a workout.
The pace would be slow enough for heavy weights, but perhaps not quite as slow as S&H.
The exercises would be set up in a push-pull format, with no pauses between the two paired body parts, but rests after the two parts have been worked (ie: back exercise, then chest, then take a longer break, doing some dynamic ROM moves to loosen up the muscles a bit, then repeat the same exercises, or go to a different back/chest combo).
This could be a full body workout, also incorporating the peripheral heart action concept by sequencing the exercises like so:
lower body (not done as a push/pull necessarily)
back/chest
lower body
shoulders/lats (pullovers)
lower body
biceps/triceps
lower body
The DVD could include premixes for upper body only, lower body only, timesaver (one set of each exercise).
