Slow and heavy kicked my butt!!!!!

There's been so much talk about the slow and heavy series. I decided to give it a try and let me tell you it kicked my butt. I only have the legs and shoulders. My legs didn't hurt at first my shoulders did but, saturday morning my legs and butt were on fire.I love it,love it I can't wait to get the other two to start a rotation. I would love to know how the tapes have done for you guys and your results.

I like S&H legs, and I like CTX LL. But you know what? The leg segment of MIS still makes me feel the most sore! And it is 10 minutes shorter, go figure. I particularly feel it where the hams and glutes meet. I think it might be the reverse lunges. Jeanne
 
I totally love S/H ! I have noticed big changes in my shoulders, bi's, tri's, chest & legs. This series is giving me exactly what I'm after - muscle mass & definition. The leg workout is really improving my running too, I'm powering up hills! Those static lunges are killer!
