slow and heavy....how often?

HI everyone,
I just received my slow and heavy series.Last night I did biceps and triceps.And when I was picking up clothes off of the floor just now I felt a little bit of pain.But I like pain.
My question is and Im sure it as been asked before....Should I do a different one everyday? Today,which is wed..I could do chest back and abs...then on thursday do legs and shoulders..and then on fri do triceps and biceps...and so on.I know i will take a day off in there somewhere.But I was just wondering what you guys do.I was so pleased to see that there was also abs on the biceps and triceps.
Cathe is awesome...and congratulations to her and her family.Im sure her family is getting better looking all the time.

Hi Lori,
I like to do each S&H part 1x a week for a month, then switch to something else. I don't have a set schedule regarding which part I do on which day. If I have time and am focused, I'll do 2 bodyparts that day. And if I'm short on time or tired, I'll just do one part. It also depends on if I do a lot of cardio that day.

The main thing, for me anyway, is the focus part. Since it's so slow moving, you have to be into it or you'll be bored, which leads to poor focus and form. I say, if you're gonna do it, you mine as well be into it. When you really focus (it can be tough!) on the muscle, you'll really feel it - that's what makes S&H work.
