Hi,
I recently injured my foot and am not supposed do any heavy weight work for my lower body so I've mostly been doing ankle weight work from B&G and L&G. I also have a bench and do work in a few hamstring curls and leg raises with moderate weight. My question is whether you think I should avoid drinking a protein shake on these days since I'm not really lifting heavy. I certainly get a great burn from the ankle weights, but I don't know if it's enough to warrant additional protein in my diet.
Thanks in advance!
Trish
