Size of stability ball?

Please let me know what size stability ball you use in your Body Blast series? I truly thank you for all your fine ideas and videos thru the years. You have kept me motivated when noone or nothing else has. I just read you are making a beg/int tape in March. Please do at least one advanced?? Again I thank you.

We use a 55 cm stability ball in the Body Blast Series. We are making one advanced DVD this March too. It will be similar in style to that of Boot Camp. Take Care!
