When I woke up this morning, I stayed in bed for a few minutes and tensed my abs off an on. I'm already more aware of them and have a little more control over what they do. Now if I can just remember not to slouch when I type....

I hope you all are having a great Saturday already! You know I'll be giving you a reminder bump or two, so suck it in!!!!!

Well, can you tell I've been a total FLOP? I just don't have it in me. I thought about it yesterday when I realized I hadn't checked in for 2 days.:-(

I went inline skating this morning and was sucking in my gut like crazy. You know, I think it might actually be making a difference! How great!
 
Just thinking about you & your post yesterday "NOW SIT UP STRSIGHT!" make me laugh while I suck it in. Only one more week?! I will have to create some post-its if I don't have you to remind me;-)
 
I am liking the suck it in challenge. I have become so much more aware of my abs most of the time. Hry Luna I am even sitting up straight as I type this:)

Lunacat... I have been a total failure at this today. You would think it would have sunk in by now, but I've been on the move all day away from home and didn't think of it once. We may have to extend this challenge.
