It's almost over! Although I hope that at the end of the "challenge" you won't stop doing it. :)

I've been pretty terrible about it so far today. So from this very moment (back up straight, gut vacuumed) I'll behave today!

Did well with the gut yesteday and when I went last night to meet a friend to hang out and chat I sat very straight. She asked me if I had a back ache! I think that says something about the way I usually sit.

OK, I've come up with a way to remember to SITG after this is over - add to my Kegels (sp?) exercises that I do whenever I am driving - one minute of Kegels, rest, one minute of SITG. I did well with it today since I was in the car more than usual. This is a challenge I don't want to stop when the time is over - it is good for me & my body & my self-esteem:)
