Good Morning!

I definitely sucked it in when I read that Cathe filmed three new DVDS (then let it back out a little when they weren't IMAX 4, RS 2 and CTX 2). I'm very worn out from my workouts yesterday so I'm going to have to pay extra attention to my core. Good thing I have to work (did I just say that?) as I can stare at my SITG sign!

'mornin Lunacat, & all the rest of you SITG ladies,
I really worked on touching my backbone with my belly button this morning - not much luck, but ya gotta try!
Lunacat - don't worry about that 5 pounds you wanted to lose before "4 more days!" if you stand tall & SITG, you look 5 pounds lighter anyway;-) now there's a reason to stand/sit up straight & suck!
 
I think I forgot to check in yesterday. I did good with this for the most part. I have problems with the slouching but the SITG I am doing a lot. I especially do it when I am orking out or driving.

How in the world do you ladies do this? I tried it and I could not keep it up for long. Is this to be all day? Want to do this but wonder if I have the guts to do it!!

Kim, it's not so much all day as just when you notice you are slouching or letting your abs hang out. Then you tighten everything up and sit straight!

You have the guts. Now suck in those guts! :D

I really think my abs are getting stronger! Ab work after LL seemed easier - of course it could have been that I was just so relieved to lay down that anything would have seemed easy;-) Still sucking...& sitting up straight...
