About Cathe's November 20th & 21st Virtual Zoom Road Trip
Join Cathe via Zoom on November 20th and 21st for an amazing two-day virtual Road Trip experience! What does a Cathe Virtual Road Trip entail? Much like with our in house Glassboro Road Trips, you'll experience several intense classes with Cathe plus an active stretch class.
Cathe will stream these classes from our filming set and will be interacting with you to make the streamed classes a little extra special! We can't wait to see you all crushing these event classes from home. You'll also enjoy some other classic Road Trip events like the lobby parties, fire pit meet & greet, mocktail Q&A with Cathe, and virtual shopping experience with exclusive deals for virtual attendees.
We'll also be doing a few raffle giveaways live! In addition to these classics, we'll enjoy some extra time together as we virtually "Make a Recovery Smoothie" where you join Cathe in the kitchen to make a healthy smoothie, and also a pre-mocktail "tailgate" party where Cathe will make two of her favorite drinks to enjoy for the Q&A. Cathe will also stay on set for some "virtual selfies" to give you the opportunity to get your Road Trip picture together!

- Saturday 10:00 am EST Class 2 Low Impact Hiit + Legs (60 minutes)
- Saturday 12:00 pm EST Class 3 Metabolic Total Body (60 minutes)
- Saturday 2:30 pm EST Class 4 Yoga/Mobility Flow
- Saturday 3:30 pm EST Virtual Selfies with Cathe
- Saturday 6:15 pm EST Mocktail Making "Tailgate Party" with Cathe
- Saturday 7:00 pm EST Mocktails by the Firepit/Personal Time with Cathe
