Shrinking Violets - Thurs.8/3/06

Good morning all. This morning I got up and did Imax 2 premix only, so I would have some time to do abs. I must have been asleep when I got dressed because when I got done with the step portion and was doing the floor stretches I looked at my shoes and I had on 2 different ones. They weren't even the same brand, so how I didn't notice them earlier, I'll never know. I followed up pre-mix with Get Fit Quick Abs. Hope everyone has a great day.

LOL Jean! The shoe story is classic! I went to work with 2 different shoes on and never even noticed! Someone else pointed it out to me! We laughed all day. They took a picture and hung it up in the office...how embarrassing!:+ :7 :p LOL

Okay so I have the elliptical on tap for today but now that Jean mentioned IMAX I am considering that instead. Haven't pulled an IMAX out in a while and I really should...Hmmmmmm. I'll have to decide what I want to do by the time DS is eating breakfast.

I had a fire call late one night in Jan, (when I was still living at home). I had just feel asleep so was out of it. I knew I had to move fast to make it out the door with my day (he was the chief). We got half way up the driveway and I realized I had no shoes or socks on! In Jan in NY! Then I had to put my feet into my freezing boots that were in the cold trunk! Yeah, that sucked!

I am planning on a circiut of some sort today.

Well I've started March 05' Hardcore Series Celebration/Rotation 3, Fat Loss. I don't have all the Hardcores but I have enough others similiar to sub with. So yesterday was Imax3 so I did 2. (still thrilled with that fact). I haven't done an Imax in months I think Wendy!
Today is Muscle Max so I'm thinking ME since I haven't done that one either. OR.....I could look up what she does in Muscle Max and do the same moves from the Gym Styles. That'll work too.

Eating was good yesterday except for that new Cyclone ice cream from Bryers. :-( Oh well. I didn't eat yet today but I will before working out. I only like to NOT eat before cardio.

kali-ice cream, yummy! sounds like an excellent rotation.

this morning was p90x legs & back. not alot of weight work so i am not sure my legs got a good workout. i'll have to see.

Hi SD! Yes it sure was!

Well I did ME. HOLY CRAP was that a challenge. I think this is going to be a good rotation for me because there's more total body wo's in it than Butts and Guts. My triceps are shaking like leaves on a tree!! I feel so accomplished tho so it's well worth it.

Off to hang by the pool before the rain comes. There's a front coming thru that's supposed to chase out this humidity thank goodness!

Hi ya gals.

I'm back from the gym. I decided on the elliptical Itrain 40 min work out. FAB!:)

Tomorrow is going to be TOUGH...Ripped and then a 4.5-5 mile TM run...that's my plan...OY!:eek: LOL :7

Going to be heading out to the grocery store shortly.

I have Kickmax tomorrow. Eating was good today. Turkey sandwich w/ f cheese on ww bread and celery and cottage cheese. Having Old Forge pizza for dinner so I saved my reserves. Just cannot pass up my hometown pizza!!!

Shrinking Violets Check-in

I am checking in late tonight because I was running late again this morning. After my Bible study, I did Supersets. This is such a fun workout. The time flies! I love the music too.

I am pondering the possibility of adding another cardio workout every week. Two rest days a week is starting to make me nuts! I want to move, and I am having IMAX2 withdrawals! I will see how much energy I have in the morning.
