Good Morning Ladies!
How is everyone doing? Glad it's Friday??

Well I have DOMS from ME yesterday and I have Kickmax today and am going out to see DC's band and will be dancing all night! So I'm thinking I'm gonna be bumming tomorrow! And tomorrow is Lowmax! Kickmax, and dancing and Lowmax, OH MY! LOL.
I'm up early don't mind me. Coffee didn't kick in yet.

Wendy is it still muggy there? It was supposed to break here but hell-o, it's still like soup around here.

Hey Meg! Good job working out last night! I ate pizza and it was soooo good.

Hey All,

Sorry I've been missing this! I've been incredibly busy and done a lot of stress eating, so I don't even like to write on those types of days. However, I will hold myself to it after I come home from vacation. DH and I are going to the Boundary Waters and will then meet family in Colorado for a wedding. It should be a decently active vacation and I'll have a lot of time for reflection :) Have a great couple weeks!!!
 
Shrinking Violets Check-in

Good morning! Glory! I feel good! :7 I woke up at 4:00 a.m. this morning, listened to some praise music, and did my Bible study. I was bursting with energy, so I had a blast with IMAX2 instead of taking a rest day. I enjoyed a rest day on Sunday and did not feel the need for another one this week. I feel so good now. :7 Interval 9 is a new accomplishment for me. I made it through the whole interval without resting for the first time! :7

*Comes into thread looking around for the Violets but none are to be found.....

Well my leg was bothering me a little and was afraid kickmax would just aggrivate it so I opted for the cardio circuit of SJP and I just did the leg drills from Kickmax. It feels ok but I have a feeling it'll be sore later.

Off to make an egg white omelet. Hope you guys are all well!

Hi everyone.

Last night was another spin class. 3 in a row. This morning I wasn't feeling much like working out. Jogging, Step and Weights all sounded too heavy. (kind of like I'm feeling from tom starting). So as I sat there folding clothes during my regular exercise time, I decide to go for a bike ride. Went out for 50 min (8.6 miles) and felt better. Clothes stil aren't done, but they aren't going anywhere. Knee is feeling kind of funny so tomorrow will have to be an upper body day or DOR. I really worked those legs this week.
Kali, have fun tonight danicing and listening to the band.

Heather, that's great about interval 9. I only did the premix yesterday and had to stop a few times.

Well my weight didn’t change, but body fat moved a little. tom started
last night so maybe part is due to bloating.

Food for yesterday

Breakfast
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 scoop protein
Mid morning
Apple, 1 Tbsp of peanut butter

Lunch
Salad with turkey, no dressing

Dinner – 2 small slices of Little Caesar pizza (204 calories each
according to dietfacts.com), & a C2

Hi everyone.

Yes, it's still VERY hot around here. Not nearly as humid though which is good.

I ran 2.85 miles on the TM this morning in 30 mins. I really wanted to try a 5 miler but I didn't have nearly enough time as my morning got off to a REALLY late start. :-(

I intend to try the 5 miler in the coming days though!}( }( }(

Food today so far:

1/2 banana

1/2 bowl cereal w/ff milk

1/2 container of yogurt

turkey sandwich w/cheese on ww bread with lf mayo

banana and natural p/b

Had cereal for dinner at 9:30 at night last night! ARGH!x(

My leg is bothering me too. I'm not sure where the hec it's coming from tho. They said the knee films were normal! I guess I'm gonna have to get my hip checked after all. It was feeling good till I did Imax2 the other day. x(

Well today I had ww pasta w/ steamed broccoli and cauliflower and a tomato. We're going out to eat before we go see the band and I plan on tripe in a bread bowl. Yes I like tripe. Hope I don't gross you guys out. I'm Italian. I can't help myself. LOL.

The weather is cooler here too Wendy. Hot and sunny but really breezy which is nice for a change. I was so sick of not being able to go anywhere without sweat on my back or stomach! UGH!

I just did Ripped to the COre and I really liked it. I can't lift my arms over my head right now LOL!!! My shoulders were burning so much I could feel the heat emminating from them!!

Kali, I hope your leg feels better, and that goes for everyones aches and pains. I think I will ice my knees tonight.

Eating was good, except for the little desert tonight, blackberry cobbler. No icecream or anything though. Oh yeah, 4 bites of son's pizza!
