this morning I did Power Hour (in place of MM). tomorrow I have to find a substitute for Cardio Kicks. Maybe I'll try just the aerobic portion of Body Max. That should be a good cardio workout.
Wow, Wendy! What a great time. I've been trying to run for 2 years and I doubt if I will ever be able to run 5 miles in that time. You are doing so well. Congrats on a great race.
Sorry I wasn't around earlier Wendy! Great job!! That is awesome time! Do find yourself to be starving after a run? I just did 4 miles on the TM and and scarfing some cereal!
