When is the next one?

I worked yesterday and didn't even look at the board! It was great to be back on day shift. I have 20 hrs. next week. I have to work Monday 9-3 but we have nothing planned so it's no biggie. I'm working T-W 9-1 and Fri. 5:30-11:30. So I'm happy w/ that schedule. It gives me time to get stuff done before I have to pick up the little guys from school.

I pretty much just walked this week. Picking up the TM today!
Eating has been good. Not enough, but good. I'm thinking w/ walking and not eating much will help me lose a few of these extra lbs. I'll have to ask someone that knows about all that stuff. I surely don't.

Going to visit w/ my family at my Aunt's in a while. Just a Labor Day weekend GTG. Will probably eat crappy but what the hec. I'm 151 lbs. right now. I was up to 156 a few weeks ago and would not wear a few pair of my jeans out of the house if my life depended on it. I actually wore a pair of them last night and they looked good. Not as good as I would like, but at least I'm "shrinking". Right? LOL.

Going to do some workout today not sure what. It's supposed to be raining here but it's not so maybe I'll walk. My leg is actually feeling great!! Do you think it was all in my head??? Maybe the needles were like acupuncture and healed me!! LOL! Who knows?

Hey Kali and all you shrinking violets!

I don't have anything planned for Monday either and that's the way I like it! I am going to wash my car today and clean some house.Yuck! I hate to clean!x(

Today I was going to run but decided to do a fastwalk instead. I went to this park that had a 1/2 mile track and was very hilly. It bothered my hips alittle but not as bad as before. There are still faint hints of there is something not quite right. Well I'm not stopping until forced to! I walked two miles and was walking faster than some were running! In a while I will do some type of kickboxing and seg.one of coremax.

DH and I went to McDonald's after the park and yes I ate crappy! That's why I'm putting in that extra cardio. I will eat right the rest of the day though!

Where are you girls?

Today I did 2mile fastwalk,Cardio Kicks and seg.one of Coremax. I had alot of energy today! I only have MIS to do tomorrow and that is one tough workout!
