Shrinking Violets - Sat. 7/29/06

Good morning everyone.

Today will probably be a rest day for me.

Food from yesterday.

Breakfast
1 egg, 2 whites, scrambled
1 cup fresh fruit

Lunch
4oz chicken
2/3 cup br. Rice
1/2 ear corn on cob
watermelon

snack
WW bread with 1 Tbsp peanut butter with 1 tsp all fruit

Dinner
Movie popcorn and pepsi (some things I’m not willing to give up)

Started to eat a store bought cookie and threw it away


We went to the movies and saw Miami Vice. I was very disappointed. As for weekend plans for me, nothing exciting, unless you count removing hair from my dog exciting. She final start to shed so I have to get her brushed out. I started on her last night and the amount of hair I got off her looked like I had shaved a sheep. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Shrinking Violets Check-in

Good morning! I slept like a baby for 8 hours last night and did my Bible study first thing this morning. Step, Jump, & Pump is waiting for me now. It is one of my favorite workouts of all time!

Jean, I live in Central Texas. I am halfway between Dallas and Austin. If you ever visit the outlet mall in Hillsboro, let me know. That is about 45 minutes from me. I agree with your assessment of Dallas. Fort Worth is definitely more my style. I like Dallas though. I just would not want to live there. San Antonio is a great place to visit too. I like Houston as well. The traffic in any of those big cities would drive me nuts! I like driving to work and only stopping for a minute every now and then at a red light. A dozen cars at a red light is what I call a traffic jam! :7

Heather: I don't do SJP often. Not one of my faves for some reason. Aaaah well...glad you love it!:)

I did Ripped today and that's it. I have decided to go an extra couple of days before a rest day this week cause I want to get in an outdoor run with my new shoes before my class on Monday. I am going to go for a short run tomorrow morning, do my weights on Monday in the morning w/my class in the evening and then I'll rest on Tuesday. }(

My eating was great yesterday...Today is fine so far but with the impending bbq my dinner is going to be FAAAR from clean!:p }( ;) :9 :9 :9

Hi guys, no WO today, way toooooo tired from fire call last night, so rest day!!
I did good eating, but went to BBQ and ate a little bad stuff. Don't think it was catasrophic, but once in awhile is OK I guess.

Thinking of going to relax now after I put kiddies to bed. 3.5 hours of sleep is NOT enough LOL!!!!!!!!!!
