G'morning!
My eating this weekend was okay but I went out for dinner saturday and sunday night so those meals were not the greatest but the rest of the time I kept it pretty clean....Back to business today though!
Right now I am eating kashi cereal, a mixture of the fiber cereal and thier cheerio-type cereal w/ff milk. :9
In a little while I'll get down to business...Leaner Legs and the u/b only portion of Ripped. I may add in a rebounder work out if I have time and then I have my running class tonight.
I am hoping to get to a store today to check out some new running shoes!}(
