Shrinking Violets/Hump Day 8/2

Hey Guys!

Sorry I haven't been checking in, computer was down for a few days.

Eating has been good, just not enough as usual. I am back down to 150 lbs. tho which I'm thrilled about. I was up to 155 there when I made up my mind that things had to get back in order.

My knee, (leg) whatever is feeling good. So I'm thinking of trying an Imax today, maybe 1/2 of Imax 2 and some weight work.

Comes back to check in with high fives for everyone, after just getting done with IMAX 2 in it's entirety with minimal modifications! MINIMAL!! YEEEAAHHH!!!!
I am soaked to the bone tho, holy crap! Guess I better eat now.

WHOOHOO Kali! Imax2 sure is an accomplishment! I am glad you did it without any pain from the darn leg and congrats on the weight loss!!

My eating has been good. I am planning on RS and some butt work as soon as the kiddies go to bed which is about 5 minutes!!

My little guys are gone to the movies w/ DM so I have a few hours to myself. So I'm eating a salad now and then I'm headed out to the pool! Have a good workout!

Hi all.

Today was Slim and Lean and a 2 miler on the TM. I mixed up my run today with faster speeds and a couple of 4% hill climbs. I used short flat runs at my normal pace as "rest" periods in between. I finished my run in 20.58 minutes which is faster than my normal TM pace. :)

Eating is good...mini shredded wheats w/ff milk, apple, veggie burger on ww bread w/lf mayo is what I've had so far today.

Kali, WTG on dropping those 5 pounds! Keep workin' on eating more! You'll get there!:)

Heather, Glad you have so much fun with RS.

*Has been by the pool all day,& is getting a savage tan! Wonders where everyone is at!

*Just got done w/ a turkey and ff cheese sandwich on ww bread (yummy)! Should probably have something more, but probably won't. x(
*Will probably opt for some celery and cottage cheese a little later.

Kali, sounds like you have had a nice relaxing day!

I had- Kashi cereal with FF milk
salad with tuna and FF ranch (don't usually have ranch, but ran out of usual)
took a long nappy poo
WW bagel with PB
tuna on WW bread

I am going to attempt a TM run now. I really have not been feeling well, but I know a WO of any kind will feel good.

Oh, I am sure I will snack tonight, probably a Cliff or Luna bar!

Heather RS is one of my favorites.

Sunnydelite, nice job on the 3 miles.

Wendy, way to go with Slim and Lean and 2 miles. I’m trying to increase my speed, but find it very hard to do. Oh, and by the way, I would have responded earlier, but you left the room and closed the door, LOL.

Maeghan, hope you feel better after your workout.

This morning was GS – legs. Tonight was my second spin class. Different instructor than last night with a different style of leading. I made it through both nights. I just wish I had my HRM so I could tell how I was doing compared to other workouts. Polar is taking their sweet time looking at mine.

Food for today
B-1 egg, 2 whites, WW toast plain 1/2 ff milk.
L-4 oz tuna fish on 2 slice WW toast
A- 1/2 cup of green beans, Strawberry Smoothie, made with 1 Scoop vanilla protein, 5 strawberries, 1/2 c. FF milk, 1/2 c. water and ice.
D- Weight watchers Mexican Tortilla Pie(modified) with 2 taco shells

Well, I did 30 min on TM, then worked my booty a little with the barbell and ball. I do feel good that I did that.
I wanted to go longer on the TM but my little one woke up crying and wanted mommy!!

Jean- I LOVE those WW meals. I like to pick up a couple when they go on sale! Talk about their desserts! YUM!

OK - I am a day behind everyone - workout yesterday was great but I am running -- sick GS up all night.......no workout today but have to go to work - DH is staying with him - we will see how that goes!
