Morning Ladies!:)

I have no clue if I posted this last night or not but I ended up doing the blasts only from LowMax with the warm up and stretch last night while DS was napping before dinner. It was a great quick cardio work out that was KILLER on the legs and butt! WOOH!}(

My food today...This morning so far I have only had coffee. I will be grabbing food soon though and it will be a bowl of kashi fiber cereal in ff milk. :9

I am thinking of going to the gym this morning and doing a short run and a short elliptical work out...probably a 20+ minute run-enough time to log 2 miles and then a 20 min elliptical work out. I truly just want to run the whole time but I am keeping it short for my knee until after Monday's class. If I am still okay by then, I will start lengthening my runs again. My knee has felt fine over all but last night during LM it started to bug me a bit. I iced it for 10 mins after the work out and it felt fine again.

Well enough babbling from me! Hope y'all come out to play today even though it's saturday!:)

Im here! And fabulous workout with the Low Max blasts only. That is truly HIIT! I've done it before and I think you've just inspired me to try it today! (Lots of exclamations this a.m.

I am off for a 4 mile run in the thick New England pea soup, clammy weather.

And by the way, I had a complete clean day yesterday. Especially proud of no cocktails as we had friends over last night. I feel great. It was worth the abstaining!

Good morning..

I didn't get a chance to check in yesterday. I did workout. I did a kickmax/bootcamp challenge. I just love how it starts off feeling too easy and then slowly but surely kicks your butt, LOL

right now i am drinking some coffee to wake myself up and then it's off to cleanmax (at least partially). i hired someone to come in and clean but she's on vacation so i gotta get crackin':) we all know how much i just love cleaning:D :D :p
other than that today is my "rest" day. i have worked out everyday this week since sunday. although i am toying with the idea of going to the gym for the group power class.

check out this tidbit of exciting news (at least too me), my company wants to implement a wellness program. they want to teach people to eat right, exercise more etc. if we have enough interest they are planning on paying for a gym membership for the employees!!! i hope enough folks are interested. what a benefit!!

sue-good job on your clean eating day!

wendy- i have thought about it and decided i needed to embrace your clean eating challenge. I'M IN! starting tomorrow. (sunday)

Sunny: WOW, a free gym membership. That would be great! Would you have to change gyms or is it the same gym that you now belong to?
 
My work out is done.

I did the first half of the ITread 60 min work out I downloaded the other day. Great work out so far! I logged 2.64 miles with it in just over 32 mins. I had initially thought I'd use the elliptical too but I felt no need after my run. I was happy!:+

Off to grab some grub!:9
 
Happy Saturday Everyone!

Well, we didn't hear from the doc yesterday (suprise suprise), I'm sure we will Monday.

So I did 35 min. on my Airwalker yesterday and today, and I just got done w/ Coremax 3. I'm going to hold off on my rotation until I hear about my xrays. DH is starting to think it may be my hip and not my knee.

Eating is good. Had boneless pork ribs last night and brown rice w/ salsa. So far today multigrain toast w/ turkey and 2% cheese. DH is making pizza later tho, oh well. Progress not perfection right?

Wendy- I've done the LM blasts too, I know exactly what you mean. Glad you had a good workout. Going out tonight?

SD- that is great news! I hope it happens! Are you resting today or no?

Sue- good job on the smiley. How was your run? At 1st I thought you were going to have pea soup LOL! I love my mom's pea soup!

Alright, I'm stupid. What the hell does HIIT mean??

I wonder if Jean is "eating clean" at the reunion! HEEHEE

Ok Laugh all you want about me eating clean at the reunion. The hotel had a Belguin waffle maker so I had to have one of those and added 1 hard boil egg and 1 eggwhite. As for the reunion eating, I'm going to try to stick to fruit salads hopefully. It is being held outside and it is hot here so I will be afraid to eat any salad with mayo in it or any meat that might have set out too long. The good news is that I did get up this morning and did a 30 min stairwell circuit program and then 15 min of jogging around the hotel. I thought they had a fitness center, but I guess not so I improvized. I would do 4 flights of stairs then a lower body conditioning set, 4 more flights etc. Did, squats, inner thigh, deadlifts, leg kick backs and calves.

have a good weekend if I don't get another chance to post.

Wendy- i would have to change gyms. the gym they are talking about is right around the corner from me. i am thinking of canceling my gym membership anyway due to lack of time. it's working better for me to workout early in the morning with cathe:D

kali- it's definitely a rest day! the working around the house kind...

Hey guys. I haven't WO'd yet today, would like a nice run outside tonight, but have to wait and see what the weather will be. If not, maybe the TM. And some yoga.
Today--- WW/WG bagel with PB (and a tad of stwberry jelly)
Lunch--turkey and crandberry sauce on WW bread
<--I am thinking of a snack, not sure what yet. Maybe a WG bar from kellogs
I have to go out and get a few things, so I hoping dinner will be good. DH likes to stop and eat out sometimes.
I will check back in later tonight.

Oh yeah, I have lost another 2 pounds. It felt so great this morning!

Jean- I applaud you at your improvising! I would've chucked the whole damn day! Hope you had a great time!

SD- hope you had fun with Clean max today! Hec it won't be bad to switch gyms then! A free membership is a free membership!! They don't offer anything like that at Bed Bath and Beyond I'll tell ya!!
Although that's probably because of the workouts we get on the clock climbing up and down the ladders and walking a few miles chasing customers trying to make them buy something more!

Well, DH made pizza and it was GREAT! All I had was that tho and my toast sandwich this morning. Now I'll have a few beers and probably end up eating some sort of "the crap" later. Oh well. Told you guys I tank on the weekends!

Wendy- if you're going out have a wonderful time and shake shake shake that booty!
