OK ladies!! Where are you today?
I shouldn't talk since I didn't check in yesterday!

Kali-how is school going for the boys? And work for you?

Jean, SD, Kim, Wendy, Heather, Violet, and everyone else---hope you are well and eating good!

I have had Kashi cereal w FF milk, a salad with tuna for lunch. I am trying to cut down on the breads. Even though they were whole grain, I ate 3, yes 3 bagels in a 12 hour period yesterday! I won't give them up completely, but no more then one a day, geez!

Not sure about dinner yet, maybe some WW pasta. I will WO tonight, back and cardio. I have some good DOMS from my chest WO last night. I also did cardio from SJP and Coremax 1 and 2.

I am babysitting today, so it was a crazy morning. They are napping now, so I have a moments peace.

Hi Maeghan and all to follow. This morning I had Bootcamp planned. Headache side tracked me when I woke up. I still got up and tried Bootcamp, but couldn't make it through. Headache is now gone, thank goodness. I will try to get to spin class to make up for it. Hope everyone has a great day.

Hey Megs! Great workouts you've got going on! Your eating sounds good. Except yes for the 3 bagels in a day! LOL! They are good tho! Work is great. That's where I was yesterday and today. The boys are doing AOK thanks. They haven't had homework yet cause of having a long holiday weekend, so today's gonna be a bummer for them both! :-(

I did 2.46 miles on my TREADMILL THIS MORNING!!!!:7:7:7 I loved it! It took me 35 min. which was what I wanted to do due to time. I actually RAN for 2 MINUTES!!:7:7:7 It felt great! I'm going to take my time tho. My leg is good so I just want to go slow. I felt my butt wigglin and jigglin! Now I know why so many say they see a difference when they start running along w/ walking! WOO HOO!
Boys will be home by 3:30 and I'm going to try to do S&L or RTTC.

Right now I'm eating HEALTHY HEALTHY soup that DH made for me Saturday.:) It's hamburger soup, but we used turkey instead. It has veggies and barley in it. It is definately Mmm mmm good!

Alright. I'm off to take books back to the library! Have a good afternoon Ladies! Hello to anyone else who checks in!:)

i did criss cross cardio (from CIA) this morning. i really liked it. i am going to the gym this evening for an upper body sculpt class.

Hey girls,

Well I'm not checking in to report a workout or good diet! I don't know if its sinuses or the beginnings of a migraine, but my head is splitting wide open!x( I am taking a day off which I hate to do, but I couldn't see myself jumping around with my head like this.

Well I'm going to lay down for the rest of the night. I will see you tomorrow!

Shrinking Violets Check-in

Good evening, Violets! It is good to see everyone checking in again. Did we lose Wendy? I hope not!

I started my first Hardcore Series rotation yesterday morning after my Bible study. I did Intervals 1-5 of IMAX3 and the warm-up, standing leg exercises, and stretch from Gym Style Legs. I love, love, love both of these workouts. IMAX3 is a blast. I was not expecting it to be so much fun. I love the intensity and shorter recovery after the blasts. The choreography is a lot simpler than I was expecting. I did not have time to practice the choreography ahead of time and had no problem following Cathe’s cuing. I modified some of the super high impact by doing a few of the blasts on my rebounder. Tuck jumps and plie jacks are so much fun on a rebounder! I adore Gym Style Legs. I love the outfits. Peach is one of my favorite colors. Leg presses are fun with the band. This workout might actually replace my beloved Leaner Legs as my favorite.

I took a nap yesterday afternoon, did several loads of laundry, organized my books, and enjoyed the very beautiful day. I was planning to walk with a friend last night, but she could not make it. I bounced on my rebounder and did the first segment of Core Max instead. I really like this workout. It is pretty traditional with only a short segment of planks. I love the corkscrew move.

I did the first segment of Stretch Max last night before I called it a day. This one did not rock my world, but I prefer the stability ball segments of Total Body Stretching and expect to enjoy the other segments of Stretch Max. I am not wild about the brown and pink outfits, but Cathe’s hair is so cute!

Cathe kicked my butt this morning! After my Bible study, I did the Muscle Max upper body premix followed by the warm-up and blast challenge from Kick Max. I was planning to do the boot camp challenge premix, but I was wiped out after the 10 blasts. I did all of them on my rebounder. Fun but super intense. I took a nap before work and came home during my lunch hour and took another nap.

After work tonight, I did the warm-up, kick and punch combinations, and stretch from Kick Max after taking another nap. I really like this workout. It is nothing like Kick, Punch, & Crunch. I will not likely do it as is, but I expect to use all of it in my rotation. The first part is not as intense as Cathe’s usual fare, which is perfect for an evening workout. I love the turns and pivots too!

My butt is sore from Gym Style Legs yesterday, my core is sore from Core Max last night, and my upper body is already starting to get sore from Muscle Max this morning! I love it!

My meals and snacks are packed for tomorrow. It is time for me to start winding down and getting ready for bed. I am ready for a warm bubble bath, Stretch Max, Bible reading, and a restful night of sleep.

I did my Itrain 40 min elliptical w/o at the gym tonight. Sorry I didn't check in sooner. I was having a bad day...I've actually been having lots of bad days lately. :-( This too shall pass, right? Must stay positive!:)


Have a one body part per day rotation ready to go but I'm not going to start it until Monday so tomorrow is a f/b work out and then my running class in the evening.
