did you order just dvds and videos or did you order something else? i might be wrong but i believe dvd and video orders over $99 qualify. if you did order just dvds and videos then email customer support right away.

Yes, it should be free. All shipping is free for orders over $99 maybe they made a mistake I'd call and confirm, let us know.
