Hi all
I always seem to get pain in my right shoulder when I do press-ups (full or bent knees). I don't really get it when lifting weights though. Does anyone else have the same sort of thing? And any ideas on possible modifications to avoid it? Or am I just doing them wrong?
I just got Muscle Max and am really enjoying it (if that's the right word!) but struggling with the press up section because of my shoulder.
