Shoulder click/pop help

It's my fault. I over did it doing my 1r tests. I did 3 cycles of 2 circuits but I had tons of shoulders & legs left over to finish so I did over an hour of just shoulder. I was sore and took 4 days off but did some yoga durning the break and on a "chatarunga" I heard my shoulder pop. It's been over a week and I still have the pop/click so I will go see a Dr. this week when I can get in but my question is has anyone else done this? I'm not in pain but my shoulder pops out and in doing stupid moves like opening the fridge,(LOL), doing dishes, getting dressed. All reaching movements. I'm so frustrated because I wanted to do STS along with Cathe and may have done some serious damage and won't be able to do anything. Doing Drill Max yesterday was weird. I clicked doing the plyo two legged hop turns just swinging my arms.
:( Any advice?

I don't know what it is but, if it were me, I would cease all exercise until the doctor's examined it (x-rays, etc.) to make sure it's not serious. I've been around enough people who didn't take a break after something weird started with their shoulder to know that an injury, which could have easily been fixed with some physical therapy, can quickly become a permanent problem if not addressed early.

Yea, I'd take a break until I found out for certain.

I agree with Stacey - best to stop everything until you see a doctor. I had some popping and clicking a few years ago which turned into a full blown rotator cuff problem and months of physio. Then I couldn't lift anything heavier than about 8 lb dumbbells for the longest time.

I can't get in to see the Dr. for a week! This is going to be hard. I already took 4 days off of any exercise to let it rest and then lowered my weights for the first week of STS from 60% to 30%/50% of max.
Stebby, how did you handle your workouts during your recovery?
