Should I workout tomorrow night?

So I got a massage today to loosen up my neck, back, and hips, but I'm undecided about working out tomorrow night. It would be beneficial to get a healthy 24 hours of sleep, but I'm not sure what to do. Should I be gentle with myself? rest? a straightforward workout? I've read a lot of different things on the internet, but I'm still not sure what to do.

I don't work out the day I have a massage (unless that workout happens to be BEFORE the massage). I figure I'm giving my body this treat of relaxation and restoration, I can give it a break for the rest of the day. Also, since I usually get my massages on Saturdays, Sundays are my rest day so I end up resting the following day by default.

I agree if you really want to start reaping the benefits of massages, it's best to try to get them at least monthly. I know that can be cost prohibitive for some, however.

If you're feeling anxious about missing some physical activity, you could just go for a nice leisurely walk.
