I'm about to go to The Sports Authority and by myself a medicine ball, but I was wondering if I should buy the 9, 12 or 15 pounder. I don't plan on buying another one anytime soon so I was thinking I should buy a heavier one 12 or 15 lbs. I can start with an 8 pound dumbbell then once that gets easy I'll have my heavier medicine ball waiting for me. I also want to use it for ab work, not just Cathe's dvd's. I'm just scared of growing out of it too soon and don't want to waste 35+ dollars. Whaddaya think?
