The reason I'm asking is this: I don't do squats in the traditional way with a barbell. Instead, I use the stability ball, put it between me and the wall, and squat going up and down the wall, using dumbbells as weights. I'm wondering if it would be wise to add addtional weight against the ball, and whether the weights in the vest would poke the ball.
