I need some advice. I got a nasty bruise/knot on my right thigh Sunday by running into the arm of a seat in a concert hall.;( Walking for the most part is not painful, but touching the bruise/knot sure is. I've been doing cardio (taking it easy) alright, but am wondering if I should go ahead and do Legs & Glutes Friday or not. The knot is still hard, and the bruising is just starting to yellow a bit (still mostly purple).
