Shooting in Kirkwood, MO

I don't know how many of you have heard about this. Kirkwood is about 20 minutes from my community of Oakville, Mo. Please pray for the people who lost their lives at the City Hall shooting. Our news here is full of information and it is heartbreaking.The mayor of Kirkwood was critically wounded and we are awaiting information on him. I believe he was shot in the head. Once again, please some prayers for these people and their community. Thanks.

Roselyn...you and I are (sort of) neighbors...I'm in O'Fallon, MO...it's a horrible tragedy...I feel so badly for all the families and friends of the victims.
 
These shootings are getting to familiar 2 students were shot and then the shooter killed themselves I think this was a school again. I think all girls.

I am in Oakville as well...so we really are neighbors!

It is just aweful about the shooting...my prayers are with the families for sure.

I'm in the city and I grew up in Webster. Poor Kirkwood has had a rough few years as a community- the police officer shot a few years ago, the discovery of the two kidnapped boys, and now this.

If any of you work downtown, the shooter used to picket at Washington/Broadway outside the offices of Lewis Rice (firm for city of Kirkwood).

My prayers are with the community. As we move forward, we will undoubtedly start to learn of many people we already know affected by this horrible act.
