Shock Cardio workouts not importing

HI Curt,

I finally got the workout blender to import most of my videos but none of the Shock Cardio Videos are importing. I keep getting these two messages- "corrupt file" with each import. Sometimes I get the message that the 'file type is not supoorted by the workout blender." Please go to cathe. com to download compatible videos" I downloaded the Shock cardio workouts form cathe. com and I have not re-encoded them. I am using a Quad mac Pro and running OS 10.6.4. Thanks for your help!

This applies to all of the Shock Cardio series. If it is applicable to you (which it sounds like it is because of the problems you are reporting), please follow the instructions in that thread. If not, please let me know and we will troubleshoot from there.

Thank you for your reply. I was able to downloaded the new Shock Cardio files and so far, the ones that I have tried have imported with no problems.
