Shock Cardio Round Two and Active Recovery Week Series

Cathe I LOVE your workouts they push us like no other! It's amazing to see how all of us Catheletes gain in both stength and aerobic/ anaerobic endurance through your series. I've just picked up running, an activity that I never thought I would love but I just can't stop! I ran my first 5K two weekends ago and I'm primed up to run my first 10 K in 2-3 weeks from now.

I would LOVE to see another round of Shock Cardio to mix up with the STS program. Another great addition would be an Active Recovery week program. I really liked the boxing and MMA Fusion workouts along with the step!

By the way - YOU ARE AMAZING and an absolute inspiration to all of us Catheletes!
