Hi Cathe and friends. I love the Extended Stretch in the STS DVDs and do it following every STS workout. It's really keeping me nice and flexible.
I'd like to suggest doing something similar for the Shock Cardio series. That way, there could be 2 stretch workouts to alternate between when doing strength and cardio.
