Shipments to Ontario, Canada

I am a newbie and this will be my first set of DVD's and I am so excited to receive them.

I was just wondering - do you ship to Canada through UPS or through United Postal. I was wondering if my shipment will show up on the UPS Tracking System.

Hi Debbie! Welcome and I hope you enjoy your workouts. Unless you selected next day air or second day air for your shipping method, we use United Postal for all Canadian ground orders.
