I just started doing a Gym Styles rotation 2 weeks ago after doing The Firm DVDs for most of this year. I think doing deadlifts w/ the front of my feet raised on barbells are what are causing the pain. Has this happened to anyone else?
I have gotten shin and ankle pain from stability ball floorwork, particularly hamstring roll ins. It happens randomly but I have deemed those the culprit
Just another tip: those tibialis presses? I think it helps to do them barefoot with a light theraband and no ball. Making sure to go slow & do the full range of motion. Also, make sure that your shoe laces around the mid foot are not too tight.
