I've been steadily doing Cathe workouts for about 5 months now. I try to alternate step with strength and fit in a circuit workout once in a while. Lately, my shins have really been bothering me. I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if I need to take a few days off. Since I've never really "worked out" my shins, I also wonder if it's just natural muscle pain I'm experiencing. My ankles are also more sore than usual. I've been gradually increasing the impact of the workouts and maybe that's a problem? Just looking for ideas of what I should try to fix this (or if it's perfectly natural).
