Hi,
I ordered the StrenghtDVD of Sharon after seeing her on Fit TV. It is OK. You can pick your workouts so there are a lot of options but it is almost like they have edited the commericals and leave you hanging in some spots. In no way is it as good as Cathe but there are some fun moves. I like to use it on a light day when I am not feeling up to Cathe. I like her but she can be a bit annoying sometimes. I am a true Cathe fan. Nothing compares to her. I can't wait for the new series this fall.
