;-) I did Power Hour last night and every muscle when worked shaked. There is no pain! I believe this is a good sign, but wondered why all of a sudden this is happening? Any feedback?:D

Same thing happened to me when I did PH on Saturday: my arms were shaking like a little chihuahua on chest presses, and later on triceps. (And my legs were shaking when I was doing rear shoulder raises seated on my stability ball).

It's just one sign of muscles reaching fatique (which is what we hope to attain when doing weight training, so that they repair even stronger). If you are not sore now, it might catch up with you later! (Or maybe not at all: I think the muscle shaking may be a better sign of fatiguing the muscles than DOMS is, since the latter can be allieviated by good antioxident intake, or movement for example, but the shakes hit you right when you're doing the exercise).

Oh yeah! I recognize those.

My goodness, when that happens..sometimes I can't even finish the exercise! However, it is sooo nice to know that we worked the muscles HARD! }( :D
