Shakeology

Has anyone ordered this from Beachbody? I got a sample and it taste really good. I was just wondering if anyone truly felt better after being on this for long term or had any other results. It's so expensive, I would like opinions from people that aren't Beachbody related. Thanks.

I never tried it but admit to being curious about it. It's cost prohibitive though. I could afford it but like you, I have my doubts about it being worth the money. Would also love to hear reviews on this product!

I caved and ordered the chocolate because it is the first chocolate shake I actually really like. The chocolate is so rich, I only use a half a scoop so one month's supply will last me two.
I'm not going to use it all the time. I'm using while I'm cutting a few lbs for swimsuit. It really helps curve my appetite and I get my daily chocolate fix.

I like the Optimum Nutrition Whey protein in double chocolate flavor. It is about $22 for a two-pound container on Bodybuilding.com.

I don't know how that compares ounce-for-ounce to Shakeology (which seems really expensive), but Optimum Nutrition has a highly-rated and good-tasting (I think) product.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll give it a try and see if I like it. Shakeology is very expensive, but the chocolate is to die for (I'm not a BB coach). BB sent samples last month to Tony One on One subscribers, and I was hooked on the chocolate flavor immediately! It's very rich and with a TBSP of PB, it tastes like a melted Reese's PB cup.
