<--- is on her way to Nance's to consult on the decor, which must, of course, be built around that FABULOUS chair!

<--- advises Nance that if her brick wall has a reddish hue, then green is absolutely a lovely colour to go with it, but make sure it's a greyish green and not a very yellowy green
<--- tells Ame to take the Brussels sprouts, cut small x's in the bottoms (the more solid part) and then steam those suckers until they're fork tender
<--- says you can also roast as above, or in the oven with a touch of oil and some herbs
<--- says roasting makes them divine and almost kind of nutty (like <---:p)
