Septemeber rotation

I don't usually follow the rotations posted but this one looks tailor-made for me. Butt and gut, just what I want to work.

I'll start this Monday.
 
Hi Jane, I'm starting it on Monday also. Those are 2 areas I had decided to really work on this month, so the rotation is perfect.
 
I actually started it today. Since I did a hard cardio yesterday, I did Body Max today and LOVED IT! I am just starting to train for a marathon as well, so I will be incorporating my runs in there as well!

I am starting either today or tomorrow as this rotation is PERFECT for me. My work travel prohibits me from really doing rotations much, but I am going to try to work this so my rest days are on the travel days and then just keep going with it until the end.

I don't have BodyMax; is ME a good sub for that one??

Is anyone taking benchmark measurements before starting?
