Equipment Needed:
A light tension FABRIC loop (Orange Boss Loop)
A stability ball
A gliding device
A variety of weighted dumbbells (we’ll be using approx 10lbs through 15lbs but feel free to use heavier for deadlifts and squats if you prefer.
A fitness mat
