September 08 Check-in^^ Sept 3rd^^

Ok, ok, wait a minute.... hold the phones..... Hottie, did you go to school where Cedie is the PE teacher? How did I miss that? What a hoot! Tell us more!

Chris, I think my shirt is a slightly different blue, though it is an oh my bod shirt.

I really need to be cleaning.....

Yep yep. I am the coolest person ever (note: self-deprecating humor) -- I went to Caltech, my husband does Cathe DVDs, and I went to the middle school where Ms. Boylan (Cedie) taught and I was one of her students! I actually wrote her a "fan email" a couple weeks ago but I think I may have scared her. :) You know, when I realized who she was, I screamed and I called my friend from our hometown (I've known this girl since we were in the 3rd grade) and she was like, "wait, didn't you have sex ed with her?" Yes, so I'm even cooler because Ms. Boylan taught me what it was like to be a woman. ROFLOLOL. (Seriously, I'm chuckling as I write this).

Yeah, so my parents home is in the same town as Jai's restaurant and the Delsea drive address that's on the back of all the Cathe DVDs is just just a bike ride away (my town is Cathe dot com's direct neighbor I think). But I can say Ms. Boylan always had that dancer's flare about her that I think most people can notice on dvds -- she actually choreographs a lot of dance routines for the high school musical which is a fairly big deal in the town. Or at least as of ten years ago. I don't keep up with the ongoings on my hometown. But I would be pretty sad if she didn't have that big smile. It's almost sad that we don't get to hear their voices, I don't know about the others, but Ms. Boylan has actually a really interesting tenor in her voice IMHO.

Wow, I actually have South Jersey pride...

I saw that she updated so I re edited the index.... dang it looks great too but I already committed to a rotation for this month and I should stick with it.

So I'll print it up and save it in my binder :)

I'm so tired now, dinner has been made, DH is back home and I'm ready to crawl into bed and just sleep since tonight everyone is home:D at a decent hour woohoo!

See y'all in the morning!

So Cathe's rotation looks great! except... the fridays off, throws me, no can do! So I guess I'll stick with this lower body rotation... which seems nice and challenging for me. Plus, I like the fact that I'm working my buttocks and lower end!

Vilma: Can NOT believe you did the VIPER after being so tired! But the coffee and the nap sound like it helped you out!

Ivy: Double High-5's on BM2!! I kind of forget the music, I haven't done it in a dog's day!

Lori:
Low Max was a great choice! It was tougher for me today after MM. I'm LIKING the boys back in school, but I still feel overwhelmed, like I can't get everything done! I am less tired though... I think?

Joanne: My kids are the opposite. They WANT to do everything, like cook their own waffles, make their own sandwiches... Sometimes to the point of being annoying... . My son is also in the band (he plays the trumpet and in 7th grade), but they have band as a SUBJECT during school. ...... Your daughter sounds precious!!!

Iris: High 5's to YOU for B&G!!! The floor work , I think, is the toughest!

Hottie: That is the coolest story about Cedie!! thanks for sharing!! It must be surreal to see her in the videos. I do wish the others could talk too!

Vilma: 23 PU's ON YOUR TOES?!?!? You ROCK!!
