Sept. Rotation Check-in/Wed 9/15

Good morning,

I did Boot Camp this morning instead of Body Max because I was short on time. Tomorrow is KPC and a lunchtime interval run. I don't feel as if I'm building a lot of muscle on this rotation, but I am beginning to feel more toned all over.
 
Hi, I hope you don't mind if I join in. I did Power Hour yesterday for the first time and my body is sore all over. I am doing Imax today. Just started the Sept. rotation. Everyone have a great day.:)
 
I did 2 sections of Step Til You Drop 2 and the core section this morning instead of Step Works, I can't believe I have another day of cardio tomorrow! I have never did this many consecutive days of cardio!
I may do a hi/lo instead of step tomorrow, though. I hope this doesn't matter too much.
 
Hi Conni and Sabrina -

The more the merrier I say. This is a lot more cardio than I'm used to, but there is a nice balance of tough weight training too. It almost seems like a circuit rotation. It will be interesting to see if people achieve their personal goals at the rotation's end.

Hi Shopgirl!

Well, I stuck to it today and did Step Heat, one of the few cardio tapes I own of Cathe's ( which I am slowly rectifying..). I have had this one for years and have not done it for just about that long as well. Anyways, I really had fun with it, I couldn't believe it was over so soon!
I don't have the the Strength series, so I was going to sub the Pyramids....I hope that will be okay, I am really trying to stay on track with this, I have never done a Cathe rotation before.

I did KPC this morning and it kicked my caboose but good.
Tomorrow is ME and a lunchtime run.

Yesterday was scheduled for KPC, but I had only 35-40" scheduled for workout time, soooo... I did IMAX2~ intervals 6-10 and really gave it my all! I figured if time was short, then intensity would have to make up for it! I did add one extra interval of cycling after #10.

Today (since I switched up ME and BMax) is BMax day. However, I want to get in 3-4 more miles of running this week so I will sub the first two sectons of BMax for a treadmill run.

Good morning,

I did ME this morning and I feel great! Here it is, over 2 hours since I have finished and it's like I have a runner's high. I have sooo much energy. I actually can't wait until lunch to go running. And believe me, that is a FIRST for me. ;-)

Tomorrow is IMAX2 and some abs. Sunday is my free day (yeah) and then back at it on Monday.
