Sept Rotation Check-in/Tues 9/14

Hi everybody,

I did the interval running at noon and 10-10-10 with All Step abs this morning. I have never done the 10-10-10 before, it was a great quick workout. My triceps are going to be hurting tomorrow. The interval running was killer. x( Doing Boot Camp tomorrow morning.

Hope everybody is doing well. Please continue to check-in as I think we all benefit from it. Nothing like a little commiseration. ;)

This morning was the PUB, PLB pyramid up premix. Tomorrow will be IMAX 1...I think. Not really following the rotation as prescribed :eek:

Hello~
Today is the 40 minute treadmill interval run. The good news is after 40" I get to stretch and after 35" I will walk to cool down.

Yesterday I did an intersting change with SJP. I made it S Run and P. Here is how it went:
Warm up and step as produced
Hi/lo segment #1 sub with a run at 7mph pace while watching the H/L part (about .51 mi total)
weights segment as produced
Hi/Lo segment #2 again a run at 7ph pace while watching the H/L segment (again about .51mi)
Weights segment as produced
Hi/Lo #3 as above
Weight segment as produced
Hi/lo#4 as above. Pause DVD, 5" cool down walk
Last weight segment as produced, abs, and stretch.

Wow, it was fantastic and challenging!
 
I wish I were more creative with these workouts. Usually, especially during the week, I just want to get through them and on with the rest of my day:)

Way to go and way to make it more interesting:+
