Good Morning
Got up at 3 am to workout since I have to be at work at 6:30:mad: Did Legs and glutes. Yesterday did BM2 upperbody and 4DS LIS cardio only.
Off to work ...again:mad:

Good morning Randi, and all that follow.

I’m so excited! I was always weighing 145 lbs since I had my son, before getting pregnant I was 133 lbs, so today I’m 142.4 and I’m excited because the scale if FINALLY going DOWN!! LOL! Is like I’ve been stuck at 145 for a YEAR!! I think it had to do with me eating too much nachos and wings (twice a week) and now I’m just eating it once a week. Also, I think doing a lot of cardio (from the cardio blast rotation) is helping too because I’ve even lost ½ inch off my hips! So, we’ll see how the rest of the month goes. Today is a 40 min run, but I’m going to do step, but don’t know which one yet. I’ll BB later after workout.

Chris: Replying from previous thread: Yes, my DH threw me in the pool (I had spelled it wrong last time, LOL). We have an inground pool in our back yard, so I wanted to go back there to see how the bamboo blinds looked from the outside, and he grabbed me and threw me in, LOL. I wanted to kickbox him, lol! But, he paid for it cause I threw him in also, lol.

Randi: WOW! Hi-5 for you getting up at 3am to workout! WTG on your workout also! I know it’s no fun working, but I really do hope you have a nice day at work today.

I'll be doing S&H Tri's/Bi's after work tonight ( I couldnt' get up early because i went out last night, but no social life tonight, so I have plenty of time!)

Randi- Awesome Job on Legs &Glutes! I once did that w/o at 4 am....it was like an outer body experience doing that w/o in the middle of the night...lol

Ivy- Congrats on the weightloss! I know how exciting and motivating it is....and more so the inches than the pounds (IMO) Have a great workout today!

Mornin' Girls!!

Today is the big birthday bash!!!



Lots of prepping, but it's going to be fun.
We have about 15 kids and 8 adults. My sister canceled at the last minute (she was supposed to sleep over with her son, that my boys just adore). She said she "has too much work to do. a big project she's working on for her job". I'm pretty disappointed and hurt too. My family is getting to me more and more this week.

Anyways, no workout for me today. I will to one tomorrow instead. Going to try to get a cardio in tomorrow of some sort. I soooo would love to do an interval of some sort, but not thinking my foot is ready.

You are one crazy girl! 3am????? I agree with Iris. When I get up even at 5am (on rare occasions) to do a workout, it all feels so surreal. I applaud your efforts though!!

Iris: Are you doing a S&H rotation? Hope work goes well for you today...

Ivy: on the weight loss! Unfortunately, I think I found the pounds you lost!!! Isn't it funny? MY scale has been stuck at 145 for a few years... and finally these last 6 months I got it to budge down to 142-143. Now I'm back up after my toe injury. My eating has been crappy! Next week I'm going to put my nose to the grindstone and eat CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!! Things will be mostly back to normal after this party.... FUNNY about the pool , Ivy!

Kathy: Have fun with Step Jam! I still have yet to do that one off of Hits.

Okay..off to get the CUPCAKE Tower (Madagascar theme) and other essentials for the partay!

Good morning everyone! Randi -- wow! I like the surreal exercise experience, personally, but I need to know that I can crawl back into bed for a little while before going off to work! :)

Chris, good luck with the party today -- sorry about your sister -- that is disappointing! :-(

This morning I ended up doing 4DS kickbox and I added on the leg drills from kick max. I hadn't done kick max in a long time, it seemed, and my recollection was that those drills are really hard, and since I am trying to blast my legs, well, I went with that. The drills didn't seem as long as I remembered. I meant to go look at kpc and see if maybe I was thinking of drills from that. That'd be pretty funny since that was my original plan. :)

My husband is off at fireman training for the whole day, and it's our last Saturday before soccer games begin next week, so I'm thinking about taking the kids back to Bonfante Gardens, the little amusement park near here. It may depend on their behavior! Have a great day everyone!

Randi -- I swear, you are beginning to be my motivating inspiration!! How you are so disciplined really impresses me.

Iris - have a great workout. I'm like you today; I dropped by my lab first thing this morning and I have all this time to workout. I just have to make sure I capitalize on it!

Kathy -- which one is step jam? is it pre-2000?

Ivy -- awesome on the weight loss! You guys have already heard me complain about the walls -- good for you for getting over it.

Chris -- have fun at the party. I'm sorry about your sister, and if it matters, family has been getting to me more and more lately too. It's weird to me how things that I would let go, I don't anymore, and I was just talking to one of my closest friends about that yesterday. It can certainly depress me sometimes, but I hope the party will make you forget any of that.

Beth -- I'm beginning to think you have rock hard legs. Your husband is a volunteer fireman? That's awesome! Have fun at the gardens. There's something at the LA Arboretum on Sunday but I'm pretty sure I'm going to be in lab for most of the day so I don't think I'm going to be able to go to it (it's sorta on the "other side" of LA from where I live).

My goal -- to take away all the negative cranky pants feelings I have through sweat and bonus burns. Not sure which workouts I'm going to do but its going to be at least 2 hrs and NO ONE is going to take it away from me. I'll let you guys know how I do. And its the USC-Ohio game tonight so I get to recover watching that!

Hi Everyone!

Well, today I did BM2 Timesaver Cardio and let me just say that the music in BM2 ROCKS!!!!! I had an awesome workout today! I just finished putting the rest of the bamboo blinds on my French doors. It’s so nice! Today I’m going to be busy. My family and I will be going out to dinner later on.

Iris: Enjoy SH tonight! I agree; it’s more motivating the inches lost then the pounds lost.

Kathy: Thanks! I hope I keep dropping, well, on inches. I need to get down to 38 inches on my hips, and now I’m 40 ½. Have fun with Step Jam!

Chris: I hope you guys have an awesome Birthday party!! It sounds like it will be so much fun! Oh yea! How’s your toe doing?? I hope it’s feeling much better.

Beth: Thanks! WTG on your workout today! Sound like a great mix! I hope you have a great time with the kids today!

Hottie: Thanks! I just hope that I don’t go back behind the wall and be stuck again for a long time again. I hope you have an awesome workout! Can’t wait to hear which workouts you decided to do today!

Hottie (and anyone else who is interested)..... my husband is not yet officially a volunteer fireman, but at 46 he is starting a two year training program to become one. In all of his copious "spare" time.... :)

And no, my legs are not at all rock hard -- that's why I'm doing this blasted (pun intended) rotation! :) Tomorrow I'm going to have a good long yoga session that is much needed -- I have been using my foam roller so much this week!

Beth: Yoga sounds great!! I think that's what I will do tomorrow since it's my rest day. I haven't done Yoga in a long time.
