Attention Cathe Live Subscribers, Thursday, September 1, 2022 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “Low Impact Cardio and Upper Body Express” LIVE. This low impact high intensity workout is the partner workout to Cathe Live #408 (Low Impact Cardio and Legs Express”). We’ll be alternating low impact cardio with moderate-to-heavy weighted upper body exercises for the entire duration of the workout. Just as in #408, you get out of it what you put into so let’s get after it

Equipment Needed:

E88A8F36-48C2-4ED6-9375-A1087AAAE926.pngDumbbells ranging from lighter to heavier. I’ll be using 5’s, 8’s, 10’s, 12’s & 15’s
 
Great express workout! About 32-33 min. And hits upper body great with low impact
fun blasts…..even more impressing is the fact that I actually did the workout live instead
of sitting at the kitchen table watching :)! Yay for me…missed the first few minutes but
joined right in. Can’t wait to do again and like Cathe mentioned, great companion to
the low impact & legs from a couple weeks ago….
