Sept 08 Check In **Sun Sept 21**

Good morning again.

I hope everyone is enjoying their weekends. I'm feeling a ton better again this morning but I'm going to wait the morning out a little just to make sure its real. I'll tailor my workout to how I feel, and I'll let you guys know how that goes. I think I would just like to do some fun step routine plus some weights but again, I'm going to try and listen to my body. DH is doing better too so whatever hit us is going away.

It's the west coast girls again! :) Glad to hear you're feeling a bit better, Hottie. My body is feeling tired and on the brink of overtraining, so this morning I did the firm fat blasting workout -- anyone remember that? I did that when I was trying to get back into shape after not working out consistently for too long and I remember it being hard. It was so easy this morning, and I kept one pound weighted gloves on my hand for the whole thing. Funny.

So last night I decided to cancel STS -- if you want to know the reasons, you can pm me (almost typed "pms me"). Ironically enough, when I went to look for the order number, I could find no confirmation. I know I ordered it, and I know my card was charged. So, it'll be interesting to see if they can find me by name.

I slept in today and I did it without the phone ringing and no neighbors out cutting their yards it was pure bliss to be able to sleep without my nerves being frazzled :)

Today or tomorow is the 1st day of fall and I was able to sleep with my windows opened since spring time ahhh fresh air feels great maybe thats why I slept so good.

I'm feeling better but my lower back is still bothersome, I'm mid cycle and I'm still using mortic and my heating pad for the pain plus I'm cramping up big time.

I wonder if I should try something as in a workout. Hmmmm... maybe this week I'll break out Cathe's easier basic workouts and see how it goes. If my body feels up to par I'll start adding on slowly again to eventually get back on my rotation.

Ahh, quiet group again today.

Well, I just finished 4DS Step Double Cardio. I wasn't sure how much energy I could put out but I knew LIS was something I could handle from yesterday. I figured if I couldn't push after the first half, I'd take a stretch and still call it a victory. But I pushed on and I feel, dare I say it, energized for it. It's funny Beth -- I think my favorite step routines are the ones you dislike the most (BM2 and HIS). DH is starting GS C&T so I'm taking a break here at the computer. Probably just blog and surf a little...and debating about going to the spa...:)
 
Hi everyone...

Back from the inlaws house...I will be glad to sleep in my own bed tonight. I love seeing them. But, their house is so small and the bed is small and cramped. Just glad to be back..The kids picked up some yucky germs and have the sniffles. so, quiet day at home for us tomorrow. I think we need that anyway..

Hottie: Glad you and hubby are feeling better and able to workout...

Beth: I so remember that workout. I still have it and do it once in a while. It is a great workout...I find it easy now too. I find all the FIRMs to be easy now that I am doing Cathe intense. Sorry to hear that you cancelled STS. I have a couple of friends debating about doing the same thing..

Kathy, welcome home! It is soooo nice to be back home after being away -- no matter how fun the away was. Hope your kids don't get too sick!
