Selling Workouts

Is there an appropriate section to list workouts a person wants to sell? I didn't want to list them in the wrong place.

It's not allowed here. On Videofitness.com, you can trade, but I don't think you can sell there either. Your best bet would probably be Ebay or Amazon

You can also sell them at the Firm Ya-Ya's site. You have to register as a member, and then go to the Video/DVD Swapmeet board.

Thank you Bam you are very kind. I would share if I could! Do you eat much protein? I use a lot of whey protein powder, not sure if it helps but it might.
