<--would have everyone come to Brooklyn, but knows that most people want to go to Manhattan, not Brooklyn
<--is thinking that the NYC GTG might have to be a small, select group to work, but doesn't want to exclude people

<--bought a pair of capris at Old Navy last week that <--thought were just a TAD loose but okay since they didn't have size smaller so put them on today and w/in an hour they were hangin' on <--!x(

<--is going to try washing them in HOT HOT HOT water and overdrying them...<--is hoping they will shrink some!
<--if that doesn't work <--will take them to a taylor since they brand new and weren't CHEAP!:-(

<--can't completely complain though as fleamarket trip was nice..weather was gorgeous!:)

<--- went to her fave barbecue joint (she hasn't been there in years) and it did not disappoint
<--- 's family was celebrating her Bday, her nephew's graduation, and her brother's and SIL's anniversary
<--- 's sis bought a red velvet sheet cake with cream cheese icing and had them write "Happy Day Everybody" on top, and it had roses on 2 corners, a diploma and mortar board on 1 corner, and balloons on the last corner...it was very cute
<--- wonders if we should quarantine this thread as illness seems to be spreading at an alarming rate
<--- knows for sure Nance is a knucklehead...heck...we're all knuckleheads!

<--just got back from Walgreens.
<--bought an expectorant to get rid of <--'s phlegm problem, a garlic supplement, which BTW, are NOT meant to be chewed :eek: as <--now knows AND a pint of Haagen Daas Chocolate IceCream for <--'s DH!
<--feels like poopy and will go to bed as soon as DH is done watching The Sopranos in the bedroom.
<--is hoping this expectorant works.
