My husband and I are going on a 3 month Fall trip, and will leave Monday. In the meantime we have a lot of stuff to do to prepare for the trip. I won't have very much time to talk anymore (only breifly), so I will say my good bys now.

I'm so grateful to have gotten to know many of you, and thankful for all your advice and concerns during the past year or so. You are all so awesome!

We will be back just before Christmas, and I'll need to do a lot of catch up with all of you. I'm bringing Cathe DVD's that I'll be doing and all my weights, balls..etc....

We'll be off hiking, jogging, and discovering places we've never been before, and sometimes visiting old places we loved from our last trip. We may even go to Mexico for a shopping spree.

Please continue to take good care of each other, and yourselves.
