Seasun Zeiger Abs/Core

Hi everyone,
I do Core Max and other Cathe ab work about 3 times per week. I can complete all of the stability ball pikes (usually) in the workouts that contain them. I feel that I have a pretty strong core, and I almost always choose to do Cathe core work even though I have some other workouts to choose from.

HOWEVER, I have to say that Seasun Zeiger's core work is amazing. I always have major DOMS when I use her RSS or TNS ab work. The segments are about 12 minutes or less, they don't seem as difficult as a Cathe ab/core workout while you are doing them, but I NEVER get DOMS from Cathe--at least not like this!

I recommend them to anyone (plus the Step workouts are perfection, IMHO.)
