I was talking about Cardio Coach during lunch today with some of the women in my department who are getting themselves into shape. I suggested the workout to one of them, and the other said that he is on Fitness On Demand. We have Time Warner Cable. I've never seen his name there....has anyone?

Nope - you don't get video with the iPod version. Just the photo from the cover of the cd.
